Porcelain Soap/Spoon Dish
A local favorite! This handpainted and fired porcelain pottery is made right here on Mount Desert Island by a native Islander Beth Herrick. Each one of the artist’s pieces is slightly different but they are all reminiscent of coastal Downeast Maine. Craggy coastine, water, outer islands, a single pine tree, sometimes a cluster of trees and possibly some clouds in the sky. They are useful and functional pieces of pottery and meant to be enjoyed. The trivet does have a cork backing to protect your table. Allow us to select one for you.
Dish measures 7.75 x 4.5 x .75” high
The glazes are food and microwave safe
Made on MDI
